Huaian Township
Huai'an Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Huachi County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the northwest of Huachi County, adjacent to Wuqi County, Zhidan County, Shaanxi Province in the East and North. It is adjacent to Yuancheng Town, Baima Township and Wujiao Township in the West and south, with a total administrative area of 235.14 square kilometers.

In 1962, Huaian and Pingzhuang communes were established from Yuancheng commune.
In 1964, Huai'an commune was incorporated into Pingzhuang commune and was stationed in tangfangzui.
