Shengge Township

Luoza County, Shannan City, Tibet Autonomous Region governs the township and four administrative villages: Mu village, GuJu village, Cha village and Zhong village.

Historical evolution

In May 1966, Shengge district was established. In 1996, it covers an area of 284 square kilometers and has a population of 2800. It governs five townships and 17 administrative villages, including Lajiao, GuJu, mu, Cha and Zhong.? Infrastructure construction

In 2013, the fitness field, grinding room, village culture square, bath room, hardened Village Road, street lamp and other infrastructure have been built in tea village of Shengge township. in March 2018, the bidding announcement was issued for the highway reconstruction project from Zhongcun, Shengge Township, luoza county to LAKANG Town, and the highway project passed through Zhongcun and chacun, Shengge township. in April 2019, the construction of Zhongcun border well-off village in Shengge township is under construction. on April 30, 2019, a bidding announcement was issued for the reservoir project of group 1 canal in chacun, Shengge Township, luoza County, with a total length of 15km and PE250 pipeline. A new reservoir with a capacity of 10000 cubic meters will be built. in 2019, 612 people from 168 households in Zhongcun village of Shengge Township all moved into the new well-off houses on the border.

Spiritual civilization construction

In 2007, gamasezhen (Tibetan), director of the women's Congress of chacun village, Shengge Township, luoza County, won the national moral model nomination award. in early May 2019, tea village and Zhong village of Shengge Township in luoza county carried out the "singing a folk song to the party" mass micro photo activity. In tea village, there were 15 members of staff, village cadres, teachers and students of village kindergartens and some villagers performing singing; in Zhong village, there were 4 people performing singing.
