Dayan town
Dayan town is the main body of Dayan Mining Area (economic region). Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division) was established from 1990 to 2006, and it is still a part of Dayan Mining Area (economic region); Dayan town was renamed in May 2011. Traditionally, Dayan town is called Dayan Mining Area.
Dayan town is located in the west of Northeast China and the northeast of Inner Mongolia. It is a new grassland coal city under the jurisdiction of Ewenki Autonomous Banner of Hulunbuir city. It is a national key town and a special town of Hulunbuir city. It has Binzhou railway, G10 Suiman Expressway and 301 National Road. The town population accounts for about 50% of the total population of Ewenki Autonomous Banner. Dayan station is the only railway station on Binzhou railway in Ewenki Autonomous Banner.
Dayan Mining Area was directly under the Ministry of coal of the State Council in the era of planned economy; in the early stage of reform and opening up, its main management organization was one of 94 coal enterprises directly under the central finance. Dayan Mining Area is the main coal producing area of Mengdong base, a large-scale coal base in China. It is one of 98 mining areas in 13 large-scale coal bases planned in China. It is a coal mining area approved by the state and the first large-scale energy and heavy chemical industry base (autonomous region level) in Hulunbuir City. Dayan Mining Area is also the shooting site of the micro film "my father and mother" which won the best film award of the light year award, the highest award of the Fourth Beijing International micro Film Festival.
Evolution of organizational system
In Qing Dynasty, Dayan area was under the jurisdiction of Hulunbeier, Heilongjiang general. In 1898, the construction of Dongqing railway began. In 1901, suochenayi station was set up in Dayan town. Before the construction of the mine, it was the place where geese from the South gathered and inhabited, so it was named Dayan and its station was changed to Dayan station.
After the fall of Northeast China, Manchuria withdrew from Heilongjiang Province. In 1933, the Puppet Manchurian State established Solen banner in northern Xing'an province. Dayan Yanzhong, Yannan and Yandong belonged to mohetu Sumu in Solen banner, and Yanbei belonged to zharomude Sumu in harkenutuk (Deputy county-level administrative region) in Solen banner. In 1945, solun banner was incorporated into Hulunbuir autonomous province. In 1948, Hulunbuir autonomous province was changed into Hulunbuir League of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In the same year, Suolun banner established bayancuogang Sumu and changed mohetu Sumu to bayancuogang Sumu and ertugacha. By 1948, zaromdusumu had been changed to zaromdusutuk. In 1949, Hulunbuir League and Nawen Muren League merged into Hulunbuir Nawen Muren League (Huna League). In January 1950, Huck and zharomude joined xiguitu banner of Huna League. In October 1950, Huck and zharomude were assigned to Hailar City (county-level city) of Huna League. In 1954, Huna League and Xing'an League merged into Hulunbeier League. In 1958, zharomude administrative village of hake township was rebuilt. Dayan Yanbei was the natural village of zharomude administrative village. In the same year, solun banner was changed to Ewenki Autonomous Banner. In 1969, most areas of Hulunbeier League, including Hailar City and Ewenki Autonomous Banner, were included in Heilongjiang Province.
Dayan town is a new industrial town born with the construction of coal industry. In 1970, Dayan Mining Area (economic region) was established in the east of bayancuogang Sumu in Ewenki Autonomous Banner and zharomude village in hake township of Hailar City. The battle headquarters of Dayan coalfield moved into Dayan Mining Area (economic region), and the economic relationship is subordinate to ZALAINUOER coal mine in Manzhouli City (county-level city) of Hulunbeier League. In 1973, Dayan Office of Ewenki Autonomous Banner was set up in Heilongjiang Province where Dayan Mining Area (economic region) overlapped with Ewenki Autonomous Banner. In 1974, the battle headquarters of Dayan coalfield was changed to Dayan Mining Bureau, which separated from ZALAINUOER in economic relations. In 1975, Dayan office was changed to Dayan Town, and Dayan natural village in the east of zharomude administrative village was merged into Dayan town. Dayan town became the first town in the history of Ewenki Autonomous Banner.
In 1979, Dayan town was zoned back to Inner Mongolia with Hulunbeier League. In 1980, the scope of Hulunbeier League was narrowed to that of Huna League in 1953. Dayan town of Ewenki Autonomous Banner still belongs to Hulunbeier League. With the expansion of the approved area of Dayan Mining Area (Economic Zone), the area of acoustic cable in Dayan town increased, reaching 632 square kilometers in 1988.
In 1990, with the approval of Inner Mongolia Civil Affairs Department, Dayan town was changed into Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division), and the land right still belongs to Ewenki Autonomous Banner. During this period, Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division) and Dayan Mining Area (economic region) existed at the same time.
In July 1993, Hulunbuir League administrative office announced the decision on the direction of the border between Hailar City and Ewenki Autonomous Banner. This document is the same as the two integral and partial boundary documents of Hailar City (District), chenbalhu banner, Yakeshi city and Ewenki Autonomous Banner after 1997. It determines that Yanbei residential area north of yanhaiqiao belongs to Ewenki Autonomous Banner, abolishes the old northern boundary of 49 ° 15 ′ 37 "north latitude, and defines the Northeast boundary of Yakeshi city and Ewenki Autonomous Banner. At the same time, the demarcation between Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division) and related towns of Ewenki Autonomous Banner was gradually determined.
In 2001, Hulunbuir League was changed into Hulunbuir City, and the original subordinate relationship did not change.
In order to facilitate management, Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division) and Bayan cuogang Sumu were merged into Bayan town in 2006. Bayan town is under the jurisdiction of Ewenki Autonomous Banner; however, Dayan Mining Area (economic area) and some department level units directly under Hulunbuir city and district and county-level units assigned within the territory of Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division) are reserved, and the status of prefecture level schools of Dayan radio and Television University will not be affected.
Due to the great social and economic disparity between bayancuogang Sumu and Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division), Bayan town was abolished in May 2011 and divided into Dayan town and bayancuogang Sumu; Dayan town is under the jurisdiction of Ewenki Autonomous Banner, and its administrative region is the same as Dayan Mining Area (historical administrative division), and it is still a part of Dayan Mining Area (economic region).
