Menda town

Menda Town, belonging to Horqin Left Wing Middle Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Horqin Left Wing Middle Banner. It borders Shuangliao City in Jilin Province in the East, maodaotusumu in kezuohou banner in the south, Dalin town in Horqin district in the west, and Xiedai Sumu and Bayantala town in the north. The area is 178.35 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 19645 people registered residence.

Its predecessor is the Anle people's commune of KeZuoZhong banner, and its predecessor is Anle township. In 1984, it was renamed Menda town after the township was removed. As of June 2020, Menda town has 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
