Haolaihuremu

Haolaihuresumu, which is under the jurisdiction of Keshiketeng Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Keshiketeng Banner, bordering Duolun County and Zhenglan Banner of Xilin Gol League in the west, and darhanwula Sumu, Dalai Nuri Town, Jingpeng Town, hongshanzi Township and ulanbutong Sumu in the north and Southeast. Located at the junction of Chifeng, Chengde and Xilinguole, it is the transitional zone of agricultural, forest and grassland animal husbandry areas, and the west exit of Chifeng City. The registered residence population is 5980, of which 3007 are permanent residents, with a total land area of 2 million 460 thousand mu.

On November 21, 2012, haolaihuresumu (Zhaowuda mutton sheep) of Keshiketeng Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was selected into the second batch of national "one village, one product" demonstration villages and towns list.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1958, approved by the State Council, Luku sheep farm was established and managed by the animal husbandry department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region;

In 1969, Zhaowuda League was assigned to Liaoning Province and then to Chifeng Animal Husbandry Bureau;

In 1984, Haolaihure township was set up in the administrative reform;

In 1997, Chifeng municipal Party Committee presided over the implementation of "field and township integration";

In 2002, the system of sheep farm was changed;

In 2006, Haolaihure township was merged and Haolaihure sub District Office (Preparatory Office) was established;

Haolaihuremu was established in 2012.

Haolaihuresumu governs four Gacha committees (haolaihuresumu Gacha, budunshan Gacha, yihenuori Gacha, luqiaowan Gacha) and one directly affiliated community (haoluku community), with 34 duguilong.

Haolaihuresumu is located in the southwest of Keshiketeng Banner, bordering Duolun County and Zhenglan Banner of Xilin Gol League in the west, and Darhan wulasumu, Dalai Nuri Town, Jingpeng Town, hongshanzi town and ulanbu series Sumu in the north and Southeast. It is located at the junction of Chifeng, Chengde and Xilingol.

hydrology

The main surface water in haolaihureshumu is Xilamulun river. Xilamulun river originates from the source water head in the middle of Sumu, with a flow of more than 40 km. There are two tributaries, moheligou River and saring River, flowing into the river.

The total land area under the jurisdiction is 2.46 million mu, and the grassland area is 2.2 million mu, including 152000 mu of grassland, 2009600 mu of pasture and 38400 mu of feed land.

mineral resources

It has been proved that the main mineral resource in Haolaihure area is building stone. The building stone is distributed in the northern mountainous area, mainly gravel, gravel and weathered stone, which has been developed and utilized in the construction of railway and large passage. Most of the development and utilization contracts have been signed, mainly for the road construction in the early stage of coal chemical industry and the double track railway to be constructed. The proven mineral resources are mainly diatomite. Diatomite mine is located in qiantara of haolu reservoir, with a radius of 4km. It belongs to freshwater lake sedimentary diatomite mine, which meets the standard of high-quality concentrate and has high application value. The prospective reserves can reach the scale of large deposit. In addition, according to preliminary exploration, there are oil and lignite resources in yihenuori and luqiaowan.

Population nationality

Registered residence of 3499 households, 5980 people, including 1212 farmers and herdsmen, 3007 people, Han, Mongolian, Manchu and Hui ethnic groups, the population density is 3.6 people per square kilometer.

Transportation

Haoluku, the seat of haolaihuresumu people's government, is located between Jitong Railway and provincial highway (S105), 74 km away from Jingpeng. It is the middle node of Jitong Railway, the starting point of haoluku Baiyin Railway (haoluku Baiyin Kulun), the intersection of provincial highway and Wuda highway (ulanbutong Dalinor s220). Danxi Expressway and Jingwu Expressway also pass through the area, and the traffic trunk line lead in all directions. The flag level tourist highway connects hongshanzi township to Jingpeng town through the provincial passageway of Bucha kangyingzi formation in budunshan. The s220 plan extends northward to Dalinuoer Town, southward through Yihe nurigacha, extends to luqiaowan Gacha, and finally connects wulanbutong.

In 2018, a new water supply well will be drilled, and 500 meters of water supply pipeline will be reconstructed. The hardening of streets and alleys in the town has reached 14.6 km. On both sides of the streets and alleys, 12000 square meters of colored bricks, 40000 square meters of green space and 1500 meters of painted cultural walls have been laid. 155 solar street lamps have been installed. Two cultural and sports activities squares of 11000 square meters have been built. At present, there are 1 standardized health room with an area of 300 square meters, 1 cultural activity room with an area of 600 square meters, 1 kindergarten with an area of 150 square meters, 1 Central Primary School, 1 health center, 1 post office agency, 1 substation, 1 Zhongtong express delivery network, 1 Netcom company network and 1 rural credit cooperative. The social security should be fully guaranteed, and the production and living conditions of herdsmen are basically met. The tertiary industry in Haolaihure area is very developed. It is the nearest commercial service area to Datang coal gasification plant. There are more than 120 service outlets such as catering and retail enterprises and agricultural machinery maintenance shops.
