Bayinhua Town, belonging to the United banner of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of the United banner, adjacent to Mandula town in the East, Baiyunebo mining area and Bailingmiao town in the south, sangendalai in Wulate Middle Banner of Bayannaoer City in the west, and Mongolia in the north. The area is 3064.17 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 3077 people registered residence.

In 1958, Baiyanhua commune was established. In 1984, after the social reform, it was called chagannaoer Sumu. In 2006, Bayin Aobao, Ulan Baolige and Aolong Hudong 3 Gacha were assigned to chagannaoer Sumu and renamed bayinhua town. In June 2020, bayinhua town governs six administrative villages.
