Zhongan Town, belonging to Beizhen City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Beizhen City, bordering Heishan County in the East, qingduizi town in the south, Liaocheng town in the West and Zheng'an town in the north, with an administrative area of 227.55 square kilometers.

In 1932, the third district was set up in zhonganpu; in 1984, Zhongan township was changed into Zhongan town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in the town was 72723.
