Xinqiao Town

Xinqiao Town is located in the north of Zhangping City, about 45 kilometers away from Zhangping City, adjacent to Yongan and Datian in Sanming, with an altitude of 295 meters. It borders Yongan and Datian in the north, and Shuangyang, Nanyang, Xiyuan, Heping, Xinan, Lingdi and other towns in the periphery.

In 2020, the town has a population of 32823 and a land area of 498 square kilometers, including 33000 mu of cultivated land and 650000 mu of forest land, and has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages and 139 natural villages.
