Buliu town
The town of Buliu is a town under the jurisdiction of Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province. It is located in the north of Rongcheng City, Chengshan town and slandao town in the East, West Weide town and Xiazhuang Town, Qiaotou town and poyu town in Huancui District in the west, and port West Town in the North. The administrative area is 95.81 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, Ryu Jin had 20715 registered residence.
From July 1957 to March 1958, the district was withdrawn to build townships, and the towns of port West and liushangbu were set up. In August 1958, the three townships were merged into port Liuxiang; Fengshan commune was established in September of the same year; in October of the same year, it was renamed as Buliu commune. In March 1984, it was changed to Liuzhen. As of june2020, the town has 37 administrative villages.
In 2011, local financial revenue of Buliu town was 5.37 million yuan, an increase of 28.16% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax category, the business tax is RMB 1011.01 million, the value-added tax is 2.62 million yuan, and the enterprise income tax is RMB 151000. In 2011, the total agricultural output value reached 2.18 billion yuan, and the agricultural added value accounted for 38.3% of the GDP. The per capita income of farmers is 5970 yuan. In 2018, there were 41 industrial enterprises in Buliu Town, including 8 above scale and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In April of the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), Rongcheng Anti Japanese democratic government was established, which was the Second District of Rongcheng County; in December of the same year, it was changed to the Fifth District.
In March, the thirty years of the Republic of China (1941), the contracted area was set up as the Fourth District, with townships such as Shangbu, Buliu and non night.
In February, the thirty first year of the Republic of China (1942), it belongs to Fengshan area.
In September 1950, it was changed to district IV.
In March, 1951, the district was set up with Xuefu, shalou, Buliu, Fengtou, Lange, non night, Hutai, Liangjia and other townships.
In January 1957, it was located in Fengshan District, with the villages of Xuefu, Buliu, Hutai and Shangbu.
From July 1957 to March 1958, the district was withdrawn to build townships, and the towns of port West and liushangbu were set up.
In August 1958, the three townships were merged into port Liuxiang; Fengshan commune was established in September of the same year; in October of the same year, it was renamed as Buliu commune.
In March 1984, it was changed to Liuzhen.

Buliu town is located in the north of Rongcheng City, and is adjacent to Chengshan town and slandao town in the East, west of Weide town and Yaxi town and Xiazhuang town in the south, Qiaotou town and berthing town in Huancui District in the West and port West Town in the north. The administrative area is 95.81 square kilometers.
topographic features
The terrain of Buliu town is high in the South and low in the north. Weide mountain ranges across the south of the town. The highest peak in the territory Laoyan grave is located at the main peak of Weide mountain, with an altitude of 553.5m.
climate

The main natural disasters in Buliu town are hail, typhoon and snow disaster. The most serious snow disaster occurred in December, 2005, with a cumulative snow depth of more than 80 cm, which is equivalent to more than 100 mm of precipitation. The biggest typhoon is the No. 9 super typhoon "plum blossom" in 2011.
