Shangtuhai Township, belonging to Wuchuan County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Wuchuan County, adjacent to Hale town in the East, keligeng town in the southeast, deshenggou town in the south, xiulanbulang town in the West and Xilamuren town in Darhan maoming'an United banner in the north.
