Hailun Town, belonging to hailun City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the middle of hailun city. It is the residence of the people's Government of hailun city. Historical evolution
Hailun Town, named after hailun river. Originally known as "Bangchui camp" (now in the north of hailun City, it is the shack where Caishen people live).
In the 25th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1899), Tongken vice capital was set up, and "bangchuiying" was selected to build Tongken city. Later, because there was hailun River in the south of the city and there were otters, "otter" was called "Kailing" in Manchu, homophonic "hailun". When hailun was established, Tongken city was renamed hailun city.
