Liming community is located in the east of Dongshan street, reaching Datong forest farm of Mining Group in the East, liming building living area in the west, Shungeng foothill in the South and Forest Farm Road in the north. With an area of nearly 2.5 square kilometers, it is also one of the larger communities under the jurisdiction of Huainan City.

Liming community neighborhood committee, formerly known as Liming neighborhood committee and lvying neighborhood committee, was established in March 2002 according to the needs of the party, government and reality. At present, there are 1785 regular households (1032 households are not included in the new Chengshan Shuiju community). There are 7650 permanent residents, including 1100 retirees and 281 unemployed. At present, there are 8 community workers and 1 management section police. Organizations are: Community Party branch, Youth League branch, Social Council Committee. It consists of the founding office, the comprehensive management office, the family planning office, the community trade union, the customs Working Committee, the elderly association, the women's, security, mediation and Health Committee. The community has party building activity room, police room, family planning service station and overseas Chinese Affairs Office. LED electronic rolling screen, computer, color TV, chess and card table, information cabinet, bookcase and other office entertainment supplies are available. There are Datong forest farm, vocational Prevention Hospital of mining group, municipal CDC, municipal sanatorium, municipal nursery and other enterprises and institutions. Liming community now has a general Party branch committee in the community, which has eight branch committees and 194 registered party members in combination with the socialized management and service of enterprise retirees.
