Lukou Town

Lukou Town, subordinate to Yingshang County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located 40 kilometers southeast of Yingshang County. It is adjacent to Shouxian County, Huainan City by the Huaihe River in the East, Jiaogang lake and Jiaogang Township in Maoji District of Huainan City in the north, and Yanghu town and huangba Township in Yingshang County in the West and northwest. In the town, there is a north-south Gusha River and a new river across the East and West. In 1991, when Jiang Zemin visited Yingshang, he agreed to build a 4kw "Lukouzi electric power irrigation and drainage station" which is located at the Huaihe River entrance of the new river in the South Street of Lukou.
