Chengtai Township
Chengtai Township, under the jurisdiction of Ledu District, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, is located in the southwest of Ledu District, adjacent to fengdui Township in the East, aysaimai mountain in the south, Xiaying Tibetan Township in the west, Yurun town and Gaodian town in the north. The administrative area is 94.05 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in City Tai township was 5117. As of October 2019, Chengtai township has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.

History of construction
In October 1949, it was established as the Fourth District of Ledu.
In August 1952, it was changed from Shancheng town to Chengtai town.
On September 23, 1958, 21 townships were merged into six communes, one of which is Chengtai.
In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
