Shazhou new community neighborhood committee is located at the southwest end of dunyue highway. There are 987 households and 2583 people in the area. There are 4 resident groups, 13 enterprises and institutions, and 45 stores. The total construction area of the community office building is 746 square meters. The general Party branch of the community was established in July 2008. It has two party branches in the building.
