Established in December 2008, Xinjian community covers an area of 0.5 square kilometers. Beautiful Caixin road passes through the district and is connected with the beautiful Bagong mountain. There are five residential districts, including 50 residential buildings and 1380 households. It has jurisdiction over Xinjian village 2, Hongjian village, liupailou, zhula village, Huainan No.10 middle school family area and sanjiaolou. Community party organizations can often strengthen and improve the mass political and ideological work, regularly publicize and learn the outline of civic morality to the residents, promote the construction of community spiritual civilization, and emerge 25 civilized citizens, advanced models of five good civilization, and advanced models of five family activities, which promote the continuous development of community spiritual civilization.
