Fucun Town, subordinate to Gaoyi County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Gaoyi County, bordering Gaoyi town in the East, Baixiang County of Xingtai City in the southeast, Lincheng County in the south, Zanhuang County in the west, Wancheng town in the north, with an administrative area of 54.4 square kilometers.
During the Anti Japanese War, Fucun town belonged to four districts of Gaoyi County; in 1996, Beiying township was merged; in January 2008, Fucun township was changed into town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in rich villages and towns was 41189. As of June 2020, Fucun town has jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Fucun town is stationed in Yinger village.
In 2011, the total revenue of Fucun town was 5262 yuan, an increase of 43% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 156 industrial enterprises in Fucun Town, including 23 enterprises above Designated Size and 39 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the Anti Japanese War, Fucun town belonged to four districts of Gaoyi County.
In 1952, a mutual aid group was established.
In 1953, Xifu village was established.
In 1954, the junior society was established.
In 1956, the senior society was established.
In 1958, it belonged to Wancheng commune.
At the end of 1958, it was incorporated into Gaoyi commune and became the management area of Xifu village.
In 1961, 11 natural villages were designated from Gaoyi commune and Xifu village commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed into Xifu village.
In 1996, Beiying township was incorporated.
In January 2008, rich villages were transformed into towns.

History and culture
Fucun town was originally named Xijian village, so it was the place where fangfangjun prison was set up in the Warring States period. The village occupied the west, so it was named Xijian village according to its location. "Jian" and "kan" are homonymous, and later evolved into xikan village. In 1928, county magistrate Yang Jilong changed xikan village to Xifu village. Fucun town is named after the town people's Government in Xifu village.
