Longmen Subdistrict

Longmen Town, located in the western suburb of Longyan, is the transportation hub of Fujian, Guangdong and Jiangxi. The "319" national highway, Ganlong railway, Longchang Expressway and Shuangyong Expressway run through the whole area. It is an emerging trade and logistics town in Western Fujian, and one of the towns in Xinluo District that achieved financial revenue of more than 100 million yuan earlier.

The town covers a total area of 101.79 square kilometers, with 16000 mu of arable land and 110000 mu of forest land. It governs 14 administrative villages with a total population of 42837 (2010).

There are Longmen tower, Zijin Mountain, Tianshou palace in Chishui and other places of interest, among which Zijin Qingxue is one of the eight scenic spots in Longyan.

Yangshe village and Hukeng village have been rated as excellent residential areas for farmers at the provincial level, and the construction of new socialist countryside in yangshe village has achieved remarkable results in recent years. Yangshe village has been successively awarded "village with Chinese characteristics", "national green well-off village", "Chinese green village", "national ecological civilization village" and "excellent residential areas for farmers at the provincial level", and has been listed as a new socialist countryside construction village by the province, city and district The pilot villages are designated as the pilot villages of rural charm and harmonious tourism by the provincial, municipal and district tourism bureaus, and the first batch of pilot villages of "forest family" leisure and health tourism by the provincial forestry department.

Since the end of 2011, Longmen town has governed 14 villagers' committees including Huyi, Longmen, neiban, Guolong, Huer, kaotang, laikeng, Hukeng, Longtan, liankeng, Wuxing, Chishui, Chaoqian and yangshe.

Historical evolution

In the Ming Dynasty, it was called Longmen Lihu yangshe in Tieshi township. There were Chishui, Aipi, kaotang, Chenbang, lutanbei, laikeng, Guanting, chenkeng, Xieyang, Shibu and other villages in the western suburbs of the city. From the Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, it was the whole territory of Huyang society. From June 18 to December of the next year and from April 10 to October of the 21st year, the Soviet government of Hubang district was established, which governed eight townships of Huyang, Chishui, Longmen, ShangBang, Shiquan, Shibu, Wuxing and Xieyang.

In the 22nd year of the Republic of China, Hubang district was divided into four townships: Huyang, Longmen, Chishui and Anliang. The next year was the Sixth District. In March of the 26th year of the Republic of China, it belongs to the first district, with Longmen, Huyang, Fuxing and ShangBang Township joint protection. In December of the 30 years of the Republic of China, Longmen town was divided into longlong Town, Shibu Town, shanbang Town, Sanyi Town, Mayu Town, Tongde Town, paibang Town, Longkeng Town, Sheshan Town, Shiquan Town, Liushan town and wucunbao Town, and Huyang Town, Pushang Town, Zhenxia Town, Shatun Town, Yilong Town, Guanjin Town, Yanxi Town, Longbei Town, Houlong Town, Huyuan town and neibanbao town. After the 33rd year of the Republic of China, Huyang township was incorporated into Longmen Town, with jurisdiction of 13 bao204a.

Hubang district was established in November 1949, with jurisdiction over five villages: Huyang, Longmen, Chishui, ShangBang and Wuxing. In 1953, it was divided into districts, including Longmen Town, ShangBang, Chishui, Longmen, Xinhu and Xinyang townships. In 1956, Longmen Town, ShangBang and Huyang Township were set up respectively, belonging to Longchi district. The next year, Huyang township was set up, with Longmen, Huyang, ShangBang and Xiayang villages. Hubang commune was established in 1958. In 1959, it was incorporated into Xiaochi commune and established Hubang management area. In June 1961, it was separated from Xiaochi commune and renamed Longmen commune. It has jurisdiction over Xieyang, Shibu, longlong, Chiqiao, taqian, shanbang, hongzhushan, Chishui, Huyi, Huer, Guolong, Hukeng, neiban, kaotang, Longtan, liankeng, laikeng, Yangxie, Shiquan, Dongyang, Liukeng, Chaochen, Wuxing 23 production brigade and 142 production brigade. In 1962, it was called Hubang commune.

Longmen town was established in 1984. In 1987, it covers an area of 95.24 square kilometers, governs 16 villages and 183 villager groups, with a total population of 23858, including 4896 non-agricultural population. The town government is located in Longmen Wei, 7 kilometers away from the urban area. In 1997, it covers an area of 107.3 square kilometers and has a population of 24000. It has jurisdiction over 16 village committees including Xieyang, Shibu, Longmen, Chishui, Wuxing, Huyi, Huer, Hukeng, neiban, Guolong, kaotang, Longtan, liankeng, laikeng, Chaoqian and yangshe. The town government is stationed in longmenwei.

In 2012, it covers an area of 107.3 square kilometers and has a population of 34000. It governs 14 village committees of Longmen, Chishui, Wuxing, Huyi, Huer, Hukeng, neiban, Guolong, kaotang, Longtan, liankeng, laikeng, Chaoqian and yangshe, and the town government is stationed in Longmen Wei.

Longmen town is located at 116 ° 48 ′ 02 ″ E and 25 ° 25 ′ 53 ″ n, in the western suburb of Xinluo District, 7 km away from the city center, with a total area of 93.5 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Xiaochi town of Xinluo District in the west, Jiangshan town in the north, Hongfang town in the south, xipi street in the southeast and Yongding District in the southwest. Longmen town has always been the transportation hub of Southwest Fujian, southern Jiangxi and eastern Guangdong, and the exit of Longzhang expressway. National Highway 319 and Ganlong railway run through the whole area.

Longmen is located in the low latitude subtropical region, surrounded by mountains, in the middle of the lake basin, with an average altitude of 300 meters, is a marine climate. The annual average temperature is about 20 ℃, with few severe cold and heat. It can be said that the four seasons are like spring. The rainfall here is abundant. The annual average rainfall is 1600-1800 mm, and the annual rainfall days are about 60-100 days, which is conducive to the growth of crops. The rolling mountains and lush forests produce wood, bamboo, local paper, mushrooms, dried bamboo shoots, tea and other local products; underground there are coal, iron and other mineral deposits.

Longmen Town constantly strengthens infrastructure construction

First, rural roads are comprehensively hardened. In 2011, Longmen town raised more than 4 million yuan to complete the cement hardening of about 30 kilometers of rural roads. So far, all the administrative village roads in the town have been hardened.

Second, water conservancy facilities are constantly improved. By raising 7 million yuan, we have completed the construction of 9.8 kilometers of standardized channels in Longmen, Hu 1 and Hu 2 sections of Longmen River and Chishui River, increased 800 mu of water-saving irrigation area and dredged 15 kilometers of river channel; invested 12 million yuan to build 5.92 kilometers of flood dike; and invested 3.84 million yuan to build small-scale farmland.

Third, the new rural construction is further expanded. "Yang She experience" has been fully affirmed by He Guoqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, Hui Liangyu, vice premier of the State Council and other leaders, and has been promoted in provinces, cities and districts. The planning and layout of kaotang, Chaoqian and Longtan new villages involved in the construction of Haixi logistics park have been completed, fenglang new village has been basically completed, and the apartment type resettlement community of Haixi Longmen logistics park has been completed, with a total of 544 apartments available for resettlement. The planning for the construction of Wuxing new village has been completed, and the construction of Chishui traffic resettlement community and farmers' poverty alleviation housing has also been planned.

Fourth, the management of market towns has achieved initial results. Longmen Town continued to carry out the construction of "green, bright and beautiful" project. In 2011, it invested 300000 yuan to successfully complete the construction of 1 km isolation fence from 319 National Highway town government to hu'erqiao road section; invested 100000 yuan to renovate the street lamps in the market town road section; and strengthened the regulation of the environmental sanitation and placing order of the existing market town stores and stalls. Every year, more than 400000 yuan is invested in the garbage collection and transportation of market towns, and the central streets take on a new look.

In 2011, the total social output value of the whole town is expected to reach 4.6 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 13%, a net increase of 2.925 billion yuan compared with 1.675 billion yuan in 2006, with an average annual growth of 22.4%; the output value of scale industries will increase from 295 million yuan in 2006 to 1.368 billion yuan, with a net increase of 1.073 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 35.9%. The number of commercial enterprises above designated size increased from 7 in 2006 to 24, and the output value increased from 190 million yuan to 1.675 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of 54.5%.

The total fiscal revenue increased from 50.58 million yuan in 2006 to 112 million yuan in 2011 (estimated), with an average annual growth of 17.04%. The local level revenue increased from 26.76 million yuan in 2006 to 63.43 million yuan in 2011 (estimated), with an average annual growth of 19%.

Famous people

Longmen street is the hometown of Guo Di Ren, a revolutionary martyr, as well as a group of well-known people at home and abroad, such as Lieutenant General Luo Yuanfa and fellow countryman Luo Tianzhao.
