Sanhe Township
Sanhe township is located in the South East of Tongjiang County, which is crossed by Tongjiang Dazhou highway. It is 32 kilometers away from the county, covering an area of 36.21 square kilometers, with an average altitude of 820 meters. It governs 8 administrative villages, 47 agricultural cooperatives, with a cultivated land area of 10116 mu. It has a total population of 7766 people (2017). There are 6 reservoirs and 247 ponds in the township, with a forest coverage rate of 34.2%. By the end of 2005, the gross national product of the township was 22.41 million yuan, the grain output was 5630 tons, and the per capita net income was 1686 yuan. At present, there is one junior middle school, eight village primary schools and 1620 students in the township; eight villages in the township have complete medical equipment; the family planning rate of the township is 95%, and the natural population growth rate is controlled within 5 ‰; the township has a telephone program-controlled room.
On May 25, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish Sanhe township.
Industrial Development
Dry farming, with corn production as the main focus, has achieved steady growth in grain production. The township planted 5832 mu of corn, with a total yield of 1600 tons, 147 kg per capita; rice production focused on improving varieties, promoting dry nursery, promoting high-quality rice, and increasing unit yield, with a yield of 2534 tons, 230 kg per capita; the annual total grain yield reached 5630 tons, 514 kg per capita; planted 3887 mu of rape, with a per capita area of 0.35 mu, with a yield of 487 tons; the grain to economic ratio reached 7:3. The total number of live pigs raised in the whole year was 27300, with 1.74 pigs per capita, 0.8 pigs per capita at the end of the year, and 310 large households with more than 20 pigs were raised. There were 1263 long-term migrant workers and 4130 seasonal migrant workers in the township, with an increase of 85 yuan in per capita labor income. There were 88 private enterprises and individual businesses, with an annual total income of 1.78 million yuan and 169 yuan per capita.
Development ideas
To solve the four difficulties: 1. First, by mobilizing the masses to work or to convert labor into capital, the highways of 47 communities in 8 villages of the township have been repaired and renovated, basically ensuring the smooth flow of highways and no traffic accidents. Six villages in the township have been identified as the village road construction project villages. At present, there are three villages, and the 12 km village road is under construction. 2. It's hard to go to school. There are 98 teachers in the township, 1620 students who enjoy "two exemptions and one subsidy". Five school buildings have been reconstructed, covering an area of more than 2100 square meters. The "one fee system" has been fully implemented, ensuring that the enrollment rate of school-age children in the township reaches 100%. 3. It's hard to see a doctor. First, the township health center was transformed and put into use; second, the rural participation rate of the whole Township reached more than 85% in 2007, which effectively solved the problem of poor people's difficulty in seeing a doctor. 4. Drinking water is difficult. Through the project of seeking water in red beds, 153 wells have been drilled in the township, which has solved the problem of drinking water for more than 1600 people. Six villages in the township have started the rural drinking water safety project, which has been fully completed and is being accepted.
