Xinglong Town
Xinglong Town, subordinate to Wudalianchi City, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southwest of Wudalianchi city. It is connected with Fenghuangshan prison in the East, Huayuan farm and Erjing town in Bei'an city in the south, Xinfa Township in the West and Shuangquan town in the north. It is 16 kilometers away from Wudalianchi City, with a total administrative area of 108.21 square kilometers.
In the second year of the Republic of China (1913), Xinglong town belongs to the Fourth District of Nehe County; in 2018, it was changed from Xinglong Township to Xinglong town. By the end of 2018, the population of registered residence in Xinlong town was 10279. In 2019, Xinglong Town governs one community, seven administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Xinghuo village.
The main food crops in Xinglong town are soybean, corn and wheat. The main economic crops are traditional Chinese medicine and potato. The animal husbandry is mainly raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry. In 2018, there were four industrial enterprises in Xinglong town.
History of construction
In 1913, it was the Fourth District of Nehe county. In 1915, it was the third district of Keshan County. In March of 1929, it was put under the jurisdiction of dedu. In the 19th year of the Republic of China (1930), it was put under the first protection of dedu town. In June 1931, it was changed into the second district. In December 1933, it was renamed Eastern District. In March 1938, it was changed to Donghe village. In March 1946, Donghe District was changed. In June 1949, it was renamed six districts.
In April 1956, Xinglong and Fenghuangshan were set up in six districts.
In September 1958, Xinglong Township was incorporated into Qingshan commune, known as Xingjiang management area.
In September 1963, Xinglong and Fengshan administrative areas were merged into Xinglong commune.
In 1983, Xinglong commune was transformed into Xinglong Township.
In 2018, Xinglong Township was changed from township to town.

History and culture
