Huainingwan town belongs to Zizhou County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the southeast of Zizhou County, adjacent to Tianzhuang town of Suide County in the East, shizuiyi town of Qingjian County in the south, peijiawan town and tuoerxiang town in the west, and Miaojiaping town in the north. Historical evolution
