Qingyang Town, belonging to Shangzhi City, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northeast of Shangzhi City, at the West foot of zhangguangcailing, bordering Hengdaohezi of Hailin City in the East, Lianghe town in the south, Yuhe township of Yanshou County in the west, Anshan township of Yanshou county and dalomi town of Fangzheng County in the West and North. In 2018, the area of Qingyang town was 152.36 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 21110.

Qingyang Town is located in the north of zhangguangcai mountain, with high terrain in the East and low terrain in the west, and crisscross valleys. The terrain is mainly composed of Zhongshan, canyon and mountain plain. There are 21 peaks, the highest point in daguokui mountain, 1301.3 meters above sea level.

The rivers in Qingyang Town belong to Songhua River system. There are two rivers, big and small. Dongliangzhu river is 74 kilometers long, with a drainage area of 807 square kilometers.
