Chaoyang Township
Chaoyang Township, belonging to Dehui City, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the east of Dehui City, facing Dapo town and Xiushui town of Yushu city across the Songhua River in the East, shanghewan town of Jiutai District in the south, Wutai Township in the West and Chalukou town in the north, with a total area of 148.99 square kilometers.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Chaoyang Township belonged to the eighth and ninth grade A of jiahuangwai in the east of Changchun Prefecture; in January 1984, it was changed from Chaoyang commune to Chaoyang township. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Chaoyang was 40147. As of June 2020, Chaoyang village has 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is located in Chaoyang village.
Rice is the main food crop in Chaoyang Township, and cattle, pigs and poultry are the main animal husbandry. History of construction
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the eighth and ninth grade of Changchun mansion. The second year of Xuantong (1910) of Qing Dynasty belongs to the second district.
In July 1938, Chaoyang village was established. In November 1945, Chaoyang District was changed. In May 1946, Chaoyang township was changed. In October 1947, Chaoyang District was changed.
In July 1950, it was renamed District 16.
In May 1956, it was divided into Chakou District, and the 16th district was divided into Chaoyang, Shuangchengzi, Shuanghe and tuanlinzi townships.
In April 1959, Chaoyang township was changed into Chaoyang commune.
In January 1984, Chaoyang commune was changed into Chaoyang township.
