Xianlin Street

Xianlin street is located in the southwest of Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, on both sides of Hangzhou Huizhou Expressway and provincial highway 102. It is adjacent to Cangqian street in the north and Fuyang District in the south. It borders Wuchang Street and Liuliu street in Xihu District in the East and Yuhang street and Zhongtai street in the West. Xianlin is rich in mineral resources and developed in industry. It is a strong industrial town in Yuhang District.

Xianlin street is a bright pearl embedded in Xixi wetland, a civilized ancient town beside Xianlin port, a tributary of Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal. As early as four or five thousand years ago, there were human settlements in this area, engaged in farming, fishing and hunting, pottery and other production activities. At the end of Sui Dynasty and the beginning of Tang Dynasty, Zhang Shiheng, the magistrate of Yuhang County, retired to his hometown and lived in the forest for self-cultivation.

The economic and social undertakings of Xianlin street have achieved all-round development, with its comprehensive strength ranking 231st among the top 1000 townships in China and 37th among the top 100 townships in the province. Geographical location

Xianlin street, formerly known as Xianlin Town, was built in 2011. It is 13 kilometers away from the center of Hangzhou, bordering Wuchang Street and Liuliu street in Xihu District in the East, Yinhu street in Fuyang District in the south, Yuhang town and Zhongtai Township in the west, and Cangqian town in the north. Hangzhou Huizhou Expressway and provincial highway 102 pass through the territory, and Hangzhou Ring Expressway passes through the north and south for 6.8 km, with obvious location advantages. The town covers an area of 53.61 square kilometers, under the jurisdiction of 4 communities, 8 villages, with a total population of 43066.

Historical evolution

It is said that this place was originally a scenic spot. In the early Tang Dynasty, Zhang Shiheng, the magistrate of Yuhang County, returned to his hometown. He preferred to visit here, which means "leisurely living in the forest". In May 1949, it was Xianlin town and Wenxian Township, belonging to Yuhang District of Yuhang county.

Xinqiao township was built in 1952, and Xianlin Township, Xinqiao Township and Wenxian Township were merged into Xianlin Township in 1956, belonging to Yuhang District of Yuhang county.

It was abandoned in 1958 and belongs to Liuliu commune in Xihu District of Hangzhou city. Xianlin commune was established in 1961 and belongs to Yuhang District of Yuhang county.

In 1983, it was transformed into Xianlin township.

It was named Xianlin town in 1985. Yuhang District was abolished in 1990 and directly under Yuhang county.

In April 1994, Yuhang county was abolished and Yuhang City was established. Xianlin town belongs to it.

On February 2, 2001, the State Council approved the abolition of Yuhang City and the establishment of Yuhang District. Xianlin town remains the same in 2017.

In August 2011, with the approval of Zhejiang provincial government, Xianlin town was abolished and Xianlin street in Yuhang District was established.

Introduction to village community

Yunqi Village

Located in the most remote mountain village of Xianlin street, near Yinhu street of Fuyang District, Xianfu highway passes through the village. It is a combination of the former Siqian village and Lingxi village. The natural villages are scattered. The total area of the village is about 8.68 square kilometers.

In 2009, there were 8 villagers' groups and 403 households. The registered residence population of the village was 1456 and the number of migrant population was more than 100. Yunqi village is rich in natural resources. The forest area (bamboo forest, Chaishan) of the village is 110.8 hectares, and the forest resource coverage rate is more than 80%. The tea garden of the village is about 500 mu, with an annual output of more than 40 tons of dry tea. The brand "hupaochunzhu" tea and "hujialing Yunwu Tea" come from yunqi village. The orchard of central mountain is about 400 mu, with an annual output of more than 400 tons of fruit. There are more than 10 reservoirs in the village.

Lingxiang river passes through the village, and the clear water flows, permeated with a strong rural flavor everywhere.

In the natural environment of green mountains and green waters, people can't help feeling relaxed and happy. Reverie can really be called a good place for leisure and vacation. Good ecology and rich resources have laid a good foundation for the economic development of our village.

In recent years, our village has been rated as district level ecological village, health village and fertility culture demonstration village.

Huashu Village

It is located 4 kilometers south of Xianlin street, surrounded by mountains and rivers. Xianzhu and Xianfu county roads meet here. The village is about 20 km away from Hangzhou City in the East and 19 km away from Fuchun in the West. Huashu village covers an area of 8.26 square kilometers, 3.6 kilometers long from north to South and 3.5 kilometers wide from east to west.

In 2209, there were 8 villager groups, 616 households and 2366 people in the village. In 2009, the total economic income of the village was 350 million yuan, and the per capita income of farmers was 14850 yuan.

After years of development and accumulation, there are more than 20 industrial enterprises and nearly 100 individual businesses in the village, basically forming an industrial structure dominated by tea and transportation.

Lixiang Village

It is located in the south of Xianlin street, adjacent to Huashu village in the West and Xiaoheshan Higher Education Park in the East. The village covers an area of 9.8 square kilometers and has a population of 2330. 18 natural villager groups are surrounded by mountains. The 8 km Lingxiang river passes through the village, with birds singing and flowers fragrant all the year round. In spring, there is the famous Longjing in Zhejiang Province. In autumn, there are fragrant and delicious chestnuts, fresh air, beautiful environment and clear water. It is a good place for leisure and living. Over the past few years, it has attracted many developers to invest in our village and has become a new countryside In recent years, our village committee has actively responded to the call of the CPC Central Committee to build a new countryside, invested a lot of funds to improve the rural infrastructure construction and the villagers' amateur cultural life. Xianlin Village

Located in Xianlin street, there are 7 villager groups, 323 households and 865 people in 2009, covering an area of 2.5 square kilometers. It has been rated as the District five good party branch, district "four-star" Star Village, district democracy and rule of law village, Hangzhou civilized village and other honors.

In 2009, the total output value of village industry was 250 million yuan, the distributable income of village level was 1.54 million yuan, and the per capita income of villagers was 13000 yuan.

The village has a cultural and sports activity room, a library, an elderly activity center, etc., as well as a number of cultural and sports teams, such as lotus gongs and drums team, sedan chair welcoming team, military music team, song and dance team, Yangko team, fitness team, basketball team, etc., which effectively promote the coordinated development of material civilization, political civilization and spiritual civilization in Xianlin village.

Lianrong Village

It is located in the urban-rural fringe of Xianlin street, close to both sides of laohang Huizhou highway, with a total length of about 10 Li, interspersed between the central streets of Xianlin street. There are 10 groups in the village, 526 households, 1865 registered residence in the village, and more than 5000 migrant population.

In recent years, our village has been selected as a municipal civilized village, a well-off village, one of the top ten economically strong villages in Yuhang District, and one of the first batch of advanced units for respecting the elderly in China. The village Party branch has been rated as an advanced Party branch for 18 consecutive years.

Minfeng Village

With convenient water and land transportation and superior geographical location, provincial highway 02 runs through 4 kilometers from the east to the west of the village. In the north and south of the village, there are many real estate companies developing ecological houses. In the north of the village, there is a wetland protection area called "harmonious water town" planned by the government. The village covers an area of 3.2 square kilometers, including 526.1 mu of arable land. In 2009, there were 18 villager groups, 712 farmers and 2843 people in the village.

In 2009, the total economic income of the village reached 431 million yuan, the village level collective operating income was 1.19 million yuan, and the per capita income of village farmers was 15434 yuan.

Wanjing Village

It is located in the northwest corner of Xianlin street, close to provincial road 02 in the west, Yuhang town and Cangqian town in the north, Minfeng village in the South and Xianlinbu in the East.

Wan Jing Village was a new village established after the merger of the original Wutong village and the harmony village in 2003. In 2009, there were 29 villager groups, 890 households, 3605 existing population, 2529 mu of arable land, 1100 mu of mountain forest, 20 existing industrial and small scale industries, 401 million 600 thousand yuan of industrial and agricultural output at the end of 2009, and 15376 yuan of farmers' income.

Hemu Bridge

The village is located in the northeast of Xianlin street, adjacent to Wuchang Street and Cangqian Town, covering an area of 6.5 square kilometers, with a population of 3900 and 6 village leaders. In 2009, the total output value of industry and agriculture was 395 million yuan, and the village disposable income was 2.63 million yuan. With the development of urbanization in recent years, the provincial key project of higher education road runs through our village, and many real estate companies such as green city real estate and Hongcheng real estate have entered our village.

Fangjiashan community

Established in January 2004, it is the amalgamation of the former three neighborhood committees of Nanshi street, Xishi street and Zhongshi street, and two family committees of molybdenum iron mine and chemical industry team, covering an area of 2 square kilometers. Located in the old district of Xianlin street, it is the political and cultural center of Xianlin street, with beautiful community environment and complete cultural and sports facilities.
