Huancheng Township, belonging to Yushu City, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located around Yushu City, bordering Chengfa Township in the East, Baoshou town in the south, Minjia town in the west, suburban streets and Enyu Township in the north, covering an area of 265.67 square kilometers.
At the beginning of the Republic of China, Huancheng Township belonged to yushuting (county); in March 1983, it was changed from Huancheng commune to Huancheng town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the rural area was 69483. As of June 2020, 24 administrative villages are under the jurisdiction of rural areas around the city, and the Township People's government is located in Gangyu community, Huachang street.

History of construction
In the early Republic of China, it belonged to Yushu Hall (county). During the period of enemy occupation in Northeast China, it belonged to Changling village. In 1945, it belonged to the second district.
