Taian Township, belonging to Yushu City, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is located in the north central part of Yushu city. It borders Daling town in the East, Huancheng Township and Enyu Township in the south, Gongpeng town and bahao town in the west, Yumin Township in the north. It is 22 kilometers away from Yushu City, with an area of 127.49 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, Tai'an Township belonged to four districts of Yushu county; in 1983, it was changed from Tai'an commune to Tai'an township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Tai an township was 31698. As of June 2020, Taian countryside has 12 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is located in Fuzhou village.
In 2018, there were 3 industrial enterprises in Tai'an Township, including 3 above scale enterprises and 30 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to four districts of Yushu county. During the Japanese puppet period, Taian village was set up.
In August 1958, it was changed into Tai'an commune.
In 1983, it was changed from Tai'an commune to Tai'an township.

By the end of 2011, Tai'an rural area had 12 administrative villages, including Fuzhou, Xingwang, Sanhao, Tai'an, Guangyang, Shuangfeng, Wuxing, Xinzhan, Xilong, Maoxiang, Fengchan and development, and 76 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Taian rural area has 12 administrative villages: Fuzhou village, Xinglong Village, Sanhao village, Tai'an village, Guangyang village, Shuanglong Village, Shuanghe village, Xinzhan village, Xilong village, Mo Village, Fengchan village and Fazhan village. The Township People's government is stationed in Fuzhou village.
