Changfa town

Changfa Town, belonging to the suburb of Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, is adjacent to simajia township of Huachuan County in the East, hengtoushan town in the south, Sifeng Township in the West and Dongfeng District in the north. In 1930, Xiangju township was established. In 1938, it was renamed changfatun during the puppet Manchu period. In 1945, it was the first district of Huachuan County. In 1956, Changfa township was established. In 1958, the township changed into a commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a town, belonging to Huachuan County. In May 1994, it was transferred to the suburb of Jiamusi city.
