Shuiyuan town
Shuiyuan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Dashiqiao City, connected with Gouyan town and Gaokan town in the East, Laobian District in the southeast, Zhanqian District in the south, Dawa County of Panjin City across the Liaohe River in the southwest, West and northwest, Gouyan town in the north, with an administrative area of 116 square kilometers.
Before liberation, Haicheng County; in November 1991, Shuiyuan township was changed into a town, belonging to Yingkou County; in November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, thus belonging to Dashiqiao City. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in water town was 40173. As of June 2020, Shuiyuan town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Shuiyuan town was 250 million yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 210 million yuan, an increase of 13% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 14559 yuan. In 2018, there were 49 industrial enterprises in Shuiyuan Town, including 6 above scale and 46 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before liberation, Haicheng county.
In April 1946, Yingkou county was established and put under the jurisdiction of Yingkou county.
In February 1948, the water source area was established, which still belongs to Yingkou county.
In June 1950, the place name district was renamed as digital District, and the water source district was renamed as six districts, still belonging to Yingkou county.
In April 1952, the government of Shuiyuan District moved from shangjuntai village to niumuyangzi (now worker farmer).
In August 1955, the digital district was restored to the water source district, and its subordinate relationship remained unchanged.
In February 1958, the water source area was abolished and the water source Township was established, which still belonged to Yingkou County; in September of the same year, the water source Township was changed into a commune, and its subordinate relationship remained unchanged.
In September 1983, the township system was restored, still belonging to Yingkou county.
In November 1991, Shuiyuan township was transformed into a town, belonging to Yingkou county.
In November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, so it belongs to Dashiqiao City.

As of June 2020, Shuiyuan town has 22 administrative villages: Gaijia village, Shuiyuan village, Tongtong village, Zhaojia village, Liyu village, Xingjia village, Majia village, Qunli village, zhangzigou village, Heiying village, Xinguang village, Xinjian village, Qiangou village, DACAO village, Dagou village, Dongqing village, Xiqing village, Huaxing village, yaotun village, gongruan village and Shangjun village. The town people's government is stationed in Gaijia village.
