Liangyi Town, subordinate to Zhuanglang County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of Zhuanglang County, adjacent to Yongning Town and Handian town in the East, Nanping Town in the south, Shuiluo town and liuliang town in the west, and Yanghe Township and Tonghua town in the north. Liangyi town got its name from the township government's shop in Liangyi. After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to liangye township of Jingning County. In 1942, it belonged to Liangyi township of Zhuanglang County. After 1949, he Liu and Liang Yi Township in Tonghua district and Bao Quan Township in Shuiluo district respectively.
