Changxing town is located in Mengcheng County, Anhui Province. It was founded in 1992. It is rich in resources, suitable climate and fertile land. history

Changxing town has a long history. According to Mengcheng County annals, in the spring and Autumn period, it was a military fortress in the northern part of the state of Chu, where the king of Chu Ling defended the border.
