In 1952, Mengjia street was set up in Qianjin Street; in September 2010, Nanzhan street was renamed Qianjin Street. In 2011, the total population of Qianjin Street was 60300. History of construction
In 1952, it was assigned to Chaoyang District and set up Mengjia street.
In 1958, it was changed into Dongfeng commune.

In August 1998, Mengjia street was renamed Nanzhan street.
In September 2010, Nanzhan street was renamed Qianjin Street.
