Liuhu Town, belonging to Tuquan County, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Tuquan County, adjacent to Yong'an town in the East, Duerji town in the East, Tuquan town and Horqin Right Wing Middle Banner in the South and southwest, Xuetian Township and Baoshi town in the West and northwest, and Horqin Right Wing Front Banner in the north. The six towns have an area of 745.67 square kilometers, and as of the end of 2018, there are 50122 registered residence population.
In 1909, liuhutun was established; in 1947, liuhutun was changed into town; in 1958, liuhucommune was changed; in 1983, liuhuxiang was changed; in 1984, liuhuzhen was changed. In June 2020, Liuhu town has two neighborhood committees and 34 village committees.
