Tuanjie Town, subordinate to Yuli County, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Yuli County. In October 1970, Tuanjie town was called Tuanjie commune; on January 9, 2016, Tuanjie Township was changed from township to town. History of construction

In October 1970, Tuanjie commune was formed by the eight teams of the former Tarim commune, the teams directly under it and the township farms.

In November 1984, Tuanjie commune was transformed into Tuanjie Township.

On January 9, 2016, Tuanjie Township was changed from township to town.
