History of construction
At the beginning of the Republic of China, four towns were set up. In 1941, Zhongcheng town was established.
In 1951, Zhongcheng town was renamed Chengguan town.
In 1958, Chengguan town was transformed into Chengguan commune.
In 1976, Chengguan commune restored Chengguan town.
In 1981, Chengguan town was renamed Liangshan town.
In November 2009, Shuanggui street was set up in Liangshan Town, and some areas of Ansheng Township and Jindai town were merged into Shuanggui street.
