Shengli Township
Shengli township is located in Ganluo County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Its geographical coordinates are 102 ° 40 ′~ 102 ° 46 ′ E and 29 ° 03 ′~ 29 ° 07 ′ n. It is a typical mixed town of Yi and Han. It is the birthplace of Yi culture. It is located in the North of Ganluo County, on the North East Bank of Tianba river. It is located in letuo, bordering Suxiong Township and Qianjin Township in the East, Tianba town in the South and Lianghe Township in the northwest. It is 19 kilometers away from Ganluo county.

Evolution of organizational system
In 1953, it belonged to Sipu Township, lunding autonomous region, Yuexi County. In 1956, it was divided into Tianba area. He served as letuo brigade of Tianba people's commune in 1958. In 1961, the township system was restored to Shengli township. it was rebuilt into Shengli people's commune in 1974. He was restored to Shengli Township in 1985. in 1992, the district was withdrawn and the township was built, and the township was transferred to Tianba township. The township was restored in June 1994. on June 12, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish Shengli township.
