Cultural relics
Zhaoxian ancient ferry
Among the ten ancient sceneries in Changshan County, Zhaoxian ancient ferry is one of them. Zhaoxian ancient ferry is located on the South Bank of Changshan port in Zhaoxian village. The ancient ferry has a long history. It was an ancient ferry in the Southern Song Dynasty. It was originally an official ferry. It is a must pass from Quzhou to Jiangxi and Huizhou. It is also a concentration of merchant shipping trade. Gudu is composed of East, middle and West docks. The East Wharf is located between Zhaoxian old street and wharf, with 38 stone steps; the middle wharf is located between old street and wharf, with 32 stone steps; the West Wharf is located upstream, with 34 stone steps. The total length of the wharf is 350 meters. The stone steps in the east section are more than 300 meters away from those in the middle section, and those in the west section are more than 40 meters away from those in the middle section. Since ancient times, Zhaoxian ancient ferry has been an important transportation hub for our county to contact the outside world. During the period of the Republic of China, Zhaoxian, which is rich in oranges, was shipped to Quzhou and Hangzhou by the quay. Every year, hundreds of thousands of kilograms of oranges were transported to Zhaoxian. Meanwhile, the oil, salt and cloth from outside were also transported to Anhui and Jiangxi. At that time, if the girls in Zhaoxian area married far away to Shanghai and Hangzhou, they all started from gudu waterway and arrived at their destination directly. as early as the Western Jin Dynasty, the ancients had settled at Zhaoxian ferry, and then developed along the river to become a prosperous town. "Zhaoxian ancient ferry" is one of the eight sceneries in dingyang. Lu You, Yang Wanli and other famous poets in Song Dynasty once chanted it here. Yang Wanli wrote in the two poems of zhaoxiandu: "tired tourists are bored every day. It's not that the scenery is not sparing. The dangerous bank collapses sand, the new road is changed, the channel is cut off, and the cross stone becomes a bridge by itself. " This is a true description of Zhaoxian's old rural scenic spots.
Ancient county site
Located in the east of Guxian village, Guxian natural village. According to the records of Changshan county annals (the 12th year of Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty), "the former site of Jin Xin'an was in Zhaoxian village in the east of the county, and now it is called guxianfan." The original city wall is now Huyou forest, and the accumulation layer can be seen. According to villagers, when building houses near the accumulation layer and excavating the foundation, the foot of the city wall was found in many places. The foot of the city wall was made of green brick. In March 2009, Li Rongfu, a villager, encountered such a "strange thing": due to long-term rain, the orange forest land of his family suddenly subsided by more than 3 meters, and the shape of the depression was round, with a diameter of about 8 meters. Three grapefruit trees were trapped in the pit, and some ancient looking green bricks were scattered around. This led to speculation among villagers. Some thought that the underground might be an ancient tomb, while others thought it was an underground river. However, more villagers speculated that this is where the "ancient county site" is located.
Former site of Changshan County
As for the location of the former site of Changshan County, there were many changes due to different dynasties, and the records of various historical books were also different. According to the research of literature and history experts, the records of Yuanhe county annals written in the Tang Dynasty are the most reliable. The 16th year of Volume II: "Changshan County, up to 80 Li in the East, was originally located in Taimo county. Dingyang county was set up in the early Sui Dynasty and abolished in the late Sui Dynasty. In the third year of Xianheng, Changshan County was set up in the east of the county, which was named Changshan in the south of the county. In the second year of Guangde, Xue Jianxun, the Taoist envoy, was moved to the west of the old county, that is, the present county. " "Today's County East four ten li", namely today's Zhaoxian town ancient county, ancient county Fan Village, "County South Changshan", namely today's Hushan. In the second year of Guangde, the county government was "moved to the west of the old county four ten li", that is, today's Ma Town, the ancient county and the ancient county fan have become the "old county". Therefore, in the 90 years from the third year of Xianheng to the second year of Guangde, the former site of Changshan County should be Guxian and guxianfan, rather than Sangang, dingyang Township, as some people think. in ancient times, there were only a few ruins in the bustling County; in the early years, only the left behind old people and children were left in the bustling ancient county; occasionally, the stone foundations and remnant walls found by the villagers would remind people of the former mansion compound; some Tang poetry and Song Ci inscriptions have become mottled in the wind and rain of history.
