Gaojie Village
Gaojie village is subordinate to Qingjian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of Qingjian County. It is adjacent to the Yellow River in the East, weijiawan Township, Shilou County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province. It is adjacent to yujiahe Town, lijiatatown and laosheke Township across Wuding River in the South and West, and jiejiagou town in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 12 km, and the maximum distance between North and south is 18.5 km. The total area is 110.75 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Gaojie town has 15 administrative villages. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Gao Jie village was 19847. In 2011, the gross output value of agriculture in Gaojie village and town reached 72 million yuan, the gross industrial output value reached 160 million yuan, and the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 21 million yuan.
Historical evolution
It got its name from the town people's Government in Gaojie village.
From the Ming and Qing Dynasties to the early Republic of China, baicaoyili (located in Gaojia Village) was established in Qingjian County, with jurisdiction over 10 Jia 54 villages.
In 1934, Gaojie village was set up as a joint insurance company, which had jurisdiction over six insurance companies. At the same time, it set up the Soviet government in the first district of Qingjian County, and governed six townships, including Xinguan, Yatou and YUANJIAGOU.
