Xipo town
Xipo Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Zhengning County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the east of Zhengning County, adjacent to Ziwuling in the East, Huangling County in Shaanxi Province, wuqingyuan Hui Township and qiutou Township in the south, Shanhe town in the West and Jiuxian Township in Ning County in the North, with a total administrative area of 257.14 square kilometers.
In October 1949, it was Xipo District of Zhengning County; in September 1983, Xipo commune was changed to township. In 2016, Xipo township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the population of West Slope registered residence was 15410. In June 2020, Xipo town governs one community, eight administrative villages and two village level units.
At the end of 2011, the total financial revenue of Xipo town was 1.176 million yuan, an increase of 20.6% over the previous year. In 2018, Xipo town has 2 industrial enterprises and 2 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In October 1949, it was Xipo District of Zhengning county.
In 1955, it was called Xipo township.
In September 1958, it merged with Shanhe and Yueming townships to form Shanhe commune.
In May 1961, Xipo commune was established.
In June 1980, Yueming commune was established.
In September 1983, Xipo commune was changed to township.
In 2016, Xipo township was built from township.

At the end of 2011, Xipo town has one community and eight administrative villages: Yueming, Songpan, wupan, Xipo, Gaohong, shijiawanzi, chaiqiaozi, han'ao, Yuenan; and 60 villager groups.
In June 2020, Xipo town governs one community, eight administrative villages: Yueming street community, Songpan village, wupan village, Xipo village, shijiawanzi village, Gaohong village, chaiqiaozi village, han'ao village, Yuenan village, and two village level units: Xipo forest farm living area and qinjialiang forest farm living area.
