In 1730, quandechang was established in Dongcheng Street, which was under the jurisdiction of Dongguo Township and Jiuxian township. History of construction
In 1730, quandechang was established, which was under the jurisdiction of Dongguo Township and Jiuxian township; in 1854, xinxingchang was established.
In the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919), quandechang was transformed into Quande township; xinxingchang was transformed into Xinxing township.
In January 1994, Quande Township and Xinxing Township merged to establish Quande town.
In October 2006, part of Quande town and Bachuan town merged to form Dongcheng Street.
