Xiaobaishan Township, belonging to Fengman District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, is located in the north of Fengman District, adjacent to Songhua River in the East, Wangqi town in the south, Yongji County in the West and Hongqi Street in the north. It is 10 kilometers away from Jilin City, with a total area of 132.44 square kilometers.
In the Qing Dynasty, xiaobaishan Township belonged to Duxing and xingrang communities in Jilin Province; in 1983, it was changed from Baishan commune to xiaobaishan township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xiao Bai Shan township was 18412. As of June 2020, xiaobaishan township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in duanji village.

History of construction
In Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Duxing society and xingrang society of Jilin Province.
In the early period of the Republic of China, it belonged to the Second District of Yongji County; in the period of northeast occupation, it belonged to Baishan District of Jilin City. In 1947, Qing Kangbao was set up. In 1948, Baishan district was established.
In 1964, Baishan district was transformed into Baishan commune.
In 1983, Baishan commune was transformed into xiaobaishan township.
In 2003, Fengman township was merged into xiaobaishan township.

Qingduan river originates from the northern foot of Qingshan mountain in the township, and flows into Songhua River from Ashi village of xiaobaishan Township, with a total length of 13.5 km. Yaotun river originates from the eastern foot of Qingshan mountain, with a total length of 7.3 km, and flows into Songhua River from yaotun village Tun Village flows through Fengman street and into Songhua River; Jiguanshan river is 6.6 km long,
