Hulei town is a town under the jurisdiction of Yongding District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is located in the center of Yongding District and the middle reaches of Yongding River. The regional center is located at 24 ° 47 ′ N and 116 ° 48 ′ e. it is adjacent to Fushi town in the East, Qiling Township and Chengjiao Township in the south, Xixi Township and Hexi Township in the west, Tangbao Township and kanshi town in the north.
