Yusi town
Yusi Town, subordinate to Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, facing Chaoyang City across the river in the West and Neiman banner of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the north. The total area of the town is 223.5 square kilometers, and the number of registered residence population was 16972 as of 2018.
After liberation in 1949, the Lama Temple belonged to Beipiao county. In 1956, it was changed to lamasi township. On December 18, 1958, yulamasi commune was transferred to Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County. In 1983, it was changed to Yusi township. In 1992, the township was transformed into a town. By 2020, Yusi town has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Yusi town is located in the original Youan temple.
In 2011, the total industrial output value of Yusi town reached 201.91 million yuan, the balance of various deposits of financial institutions was 96 million yuan, and the balance of various loans was 60 million yuan. In 2018, there were 63 industrial enterprises and 32 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Yusi town. On January 9, 2019, Yusi town was selected into the list of "hometown of Chinese folk culture and art" from 2018 to 2020 by virtue of poetry.

History and culture
The origin of place names
It is said that Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty visited here and was warmly received by the Lama surnamed Yu, so he granted a plaque to him. The inscription said, "in Lama Temple", the village was named after the temple, and the town was named after the village.
Honorary title
In 2007, Yusi town was named the hometown of poetry by the Chinese poetry society.
In 2008 and 2011, Yusi town was named the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art (Poetry) by the Ministry of culture.
On February 2, 2019, Yusi town was named "the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art" by the Ministry of culture and tourism in 2018-2020.
