Xingguo Township
Xingguo township is subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Xingguo township is located in the southeast of Baiquan County, connecting Guofu town in the East, Xinsheng Township in the south, Baiquan Town in the West and Shengsheng Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 173 square kilometers.
In 1908, the place name of Xingguo township was Li mofangtun; in 1984, it was changed from Xingguo commune to Xingguo township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xingguo township was 21030. In 2019, Xingguo rural area governs nine administrative villages. The people's government is stationed in Aizhong village.
Xingguo Township township enterprises have building materials, grain and oil processing, wine and other factories, agricultural products to soybeans, corn, wheat, rich in sugar beet, flax, sunflower seeds. In 2018, Xingguo township has 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1908, the place name of Xingguo township was Li mofangtun.
In the 21st year of the Republic of China (1932), a cautious village was set up, and later it was changed to Shangyi district.
In 1949, it was renamed the eighth district.
In 1956, Xingguo township was set up in 14 administrative villages of four districts.
In 1958, Xingguo township was transformed into Xingguo commune.
At the beginning of 1984, the government and society were separated and changed to Xingguo township.
