Xincheng Street

Xincheng street of Feicheng City, Tai'an City, Shandong Province, is located in the north central part of Feicheng City, including the urban and suburban areas of Feicheng City. It is the seat of Feicheng Municipal Party committee and municipal government, and the political, economic and cultural center of Feicheng City. The administrative region covers an area of 55.4 square kilometers, with a total population of 159500 (in 2016), and governs 28 communities and 17 administrative villages. The sub district office is located at 19 Fengshan street.

Xincheng street has formed an industrial production system dominated by six industries, including machinery, chemical industry, building materials, textile, food and emerging electronics. Many large shopping malls and professional markets are located in the territory, including Longshan Park, Chunqiu ancient town, central Taohang, kangwanghe Wetland Park, mini agricultural park and other scenic spots. Xincheng street is located in the urban area. It is the residence of Feicheng Municipal Party committee and municipal government. Formerly known as Liujiazhuang Town, it was changed into a new town in January 1984. After the county was removed from Feicheng in September 1992, the new town was renamed Xincheng office. On August 9, 2006, according to the needs of work and with the approval of Feicheng Municipal Party committee, Xincheng office changed its name to Xincheng sub district office. With a total area of 55.4 square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over 21 villages, 17 communities (5 village changed communities) and a modern agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zone, with a total population of 172000, including 34000 agricultural population. It is one of the famous concentrated peach production areas in Feicheng. Xincheng street is 80 km away from Jinan International Airport, 25 km away from Beijing Shanghai Expressway, Beijing Taiwan Expressway and Tai'an station of Beijing Shanghai high speed railway. Along the Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway, it will reach Beijing in 2 hours and Shanghai in 3 hours. Tailin highway and Jiyan highway run through the east-west, north-south, and connect with national highway 104 and 105 respectively.

Evolution of organizational system

At the end of the Qing Dynasty, the new town street belongs to Yucheng Township, Feicheng county.

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to the second and fifth districts of Feicheng county.

In 1952, it belonged to the second, fifth and eleventh districts of Feicheng county.

In 1957, it belonged to Yiyang Township, qiaoshandian Township, Taoyuan Township, Wangguadian Township and Xinzhen township.

In 1959, it belonged to Yiyang commune, Wangguadian commune and Taoyuan commune.

In October 1975, the State Planning Commission approved the relocation of Feicheng county to the west of Liujiazhuang, 7 km south of the city, because of the underground coal to be mined.

In July 1977, the construction of Feicheng new county began.

In January 1980, the CPC Feicheng County Committee, the county Revolutionary Committee and some enterprises moved to the new city. In 1982, the relocation of the county seat was basically completed.

In February 1982, Liujiazhuang town was established by 13 production teams of Yiyang people's commune, 1 production team of Taoyuan people's Commune and 2 production teams of Wangguadian people's commune. It is named after Liu Jiazhuang in the new town.

In January 1984, Feicheng county was changed from a community to a district, and Liujiazhuang town was renamed a new town as a district level town.

In September 1992, Feicheng county was removed to build a city, new towns were abolished and new city streets were set up.

In December 2003, the sub district office moved to the new location of the intersection of Fengshan street and Xincheng Road.

In November 1985, five administrative villages, dongshangli, xishangli and nanshangli in Taoyuan District, Xifu village and baiyunqiao in Wangguadian District, were assigned to the new town.

Xincheng Street borders Chaoquan town in the East, Yiyang street in the south, Taoyuan town and Wangguadian street in the west, and Laocheng street in the north. Xincheng street belongs to the North China stratigraphic deposit, which is located in the low to medium compressibility foundation with good carbonaceous property. The bearing capacity of the general foundation bearing layer is 18-28 T / m2. The exploration results show that the main part of the eastern end of the fault originates in Zhaozhuang area and spreads in the direction of 30 ° to 60 ° northeast. The eastern hill is cut by the Mashan branch fault.

Xincheng street belongs to 6 degree earthquake area, general buildings do not need special fortification. The whole area of the street can be divided into four engineering geological areas: good engineering construction area, which is distributed in the north of the new town with flat terrain and good soil quality, with a slope of 4 ‰～ 5 ‰; suitable engineering construction area, which is distributed in the valley section, with a relatively flat terrain, with a slope of 8 ‰～ 1 ‰, which needs simple treatment in construction engineering; buildable engineering area, which is distributed around the hills and near the valley of Zhaozhuang The slope is 1% ～ 2%, the terrain is broken, and the construction engineering needs complex treatment; the southeast and West belong to Ordovician limestone residual mound, with large slope and exposed limestone, which is not suitable for large-scale engineering construction.

Xincheng street is located in the south of Feicheng basin, which is a hilly area. There are hills in the East, West and south of the area, valleys with an altitude of 50-100 meters in the middle, and plains in the northwest. Hills account for one third and plains account for two thirds. The overall terrain is high in the East and low in the west, and the terrain inclines to the Northwest. The slope is larger in the southeast, ranging from 10 ‰ to 20 ‰, and flat in the north of Zhaozhuang, ranging from 4 ‰ to 5 ‰. The ground elevation is 76 meters above sea level. The highest point is the southwest Baiyun Mountain, 180 meters above sea level. The lowest point is to the north of Zhaozhuang, 50 meters above sea level. There are more than 10 large and small peaks such as Baiyun Mountain, Changshan mountain, Shangli mountain and Congshan mountain in southeast northwest direction.

It is dry and windy in spring, hot and rainy in summer, sunny and cool in autumn, cold and less snow in winter. Kangwang River: it enters from the southeast and flows out from the northwest. It is about 5km long. It winds westward with the terrain and crosses the whole territory. It is a seasonal river with large flow in rainy season.

Longshan River: it enters from Daqiao village and flows through the urban area. The riverbed is 10 meters wide and flows into Kangwang River from Xifu village. Its length is about 3 kilometers.

The gullies in the area are tributaries of Kangwang River and the source of gullies. The cut-off depth varies from 2 to 6 meters and the width varies from 10 to 200 meters. They flow into Kangwang river through the eastern part of the city. The valley is a seasonal river with large flow in rainy season. The maximum flow in Hongze is 223 m3 / S (July 20, 1957), and the average annual flow is 2.3 m3 / s.

groundwater

The fourth phreatic water in the urban underground water system, the flow direction of phreatic water is basically consistent with the terrain, from southeast to northwest, and the water quality is good. The depth of phreatic water varies from 3 to 8 meters in the south, middle and West, and about 12 meters in the East and northeast.
