Langchuan Township
Langchuan township is a township under the jurisdiction of Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Located in the southwest of Chun'an County, 45 kilometers away from the county. It is connected with Jiangjia town in the East, baimufan Township in the south, fenkou town in the West and Guocun Township in the north. Langchuan Township governs 19 administrative villages, including 9 villages with more than 1000 people, 85 natural villages, 217 villager groups, 6229 households and 18429 people (2017).
On July 29, 2020, the National Patriotic Health Association decided to name Langchuan township as a national health township for the period of 2017-2019.

The township covers an area of 109 square kilometers (2017), including 9320 mu of cultivated land, 17759 mu of garden land, 8370 mu of paddy field, 2096 mu of dry land, 1135 mu of private land and 119000 mu of mountain forest.
History of construction
In 1728, Langchuan was a part of Zhenlu Township and Bingyi Township, which belonged to Xin'an Township in the Republic of China. In the early days of liberation, it was Langchuan township. In 1958, Langchuan and Shuangyuan townships merged to form Langchuan commune; in 1959, it belonged to Guocun commune; in 1961, it was divided into Langchuan and Shuangyuan communes; in 1984, it was renamed Langchuan Township and Shuangyuan Township respectively; in 1992, Langchuan and Shuangyuan townships merged to form Langchuan township.
economic development
Langchuan township is the largest township in Chun'an County. Its main cash crops are mulberry leaf, rice, pine, Chinese fir, tea and alpine vegetables. There are 10000 live pigs in stock. Among them, cocoons are of the best quality in China, and 100% of them are exported. The surplus labor force is rich, and the education level is relatively good. The township is rich in small hydropower resources.
In 2006, the total rural economic income of the township reached 320 million yuan, an increase of 14.8% over the previous year; the total agricultural output value reached 88.9 million yuan, an increase of 11.5% over the previous year; the industrial sales output value was 106.15 million yuan, an increase of 26% over the previous year; and the general budget income was 291200 yuan. The per capita net income of farmers reached 4900 yuan.
In 2006, the mulberry garden area of the township reached 13817 mu, the cocoon production reached 19084, the output reached 800 tons, and the output value was 23.65 million yuan; the newly cultivated tea area of the township was 4100 mu, and the total production of various kinds of tea was 101 tons, and the output value was 8.76 million yuan,

In 2008, the mulberry garden area of the township reached 14220 mu, with a total of 25440 silkworm eggs, 1036 tons of cocoons, an output value of 33.316 million yuan, and a per capita of more than 1600 yuan. In 2007, it was named as "strong township of sericulture in Zhejiang Province", and in 2008, it was named as "No.1 township of sericulture in Hangzhou city"; the township produced 114 tons of various kinds of tea, with an output value of 11.4 million yuan; it developed 500000 rods of black fungus, with an annual output value of more than 2 million yuan.

In 2006, there were 1 junior high school with 14 classes and 657 students; 5 primary schools, including 1 Central Primary School, 2 completed primary school and 2 Village Primary School, with a total of 35 classes and 1114 students; 12 kindergartens with 13 classes and 474 children; and 1 adult culture and technology school with 36 teaching points. There are 48 junior middle school students, 1 adult school principal, 1 adult education cadre and 13 collective kindergarten teachers. There are 57 full-time teachers in primary schools and 40 full-time teachers in junior middle schools. The graduation rate of junior high school is 99.1%, the enrollment rate is 95.3%, and the graduation rate of primary school is 100%. Primary and secondary schools have passed the provincial model school acceptance, and the central kindergarten has passed the municipal pre-school education standard acceptance. There is a cultural station in the township with a collection of more than 3000 books. There are 1 health center, 14 medical staff, 20 beds, 1 rural credit cooperative and 7 employees.

The township party committee and government attach great importance to family planning. 182 people were born in 2008, with a natural growth rate of 0.2% and a family planning rate of 92.6%. In 1998, with the support of the county post and Telecommunications Bureau, 510000 yuan was invested to install 191 new or old machines. So far, all 36 administrative villages in the township, including Xu Jiashan, have opened program-controlled telephones. In December, the GSM mobile phone base station built by the county mobile communication company with an investment of 1 million yuan was completed and opened, covering two thirds of the area of the township.

Shigu mountain village
Shigushan village is the former site of Zhejiang Anhui Special Committee of CPC. In the late November of the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), the party organization in Chun'an area carried out guerrilla struggle and established the party organization with shigu mountain as the center. In April of the next year, the provincial Party committee decided to set up the special committee of lower Zhejiang Anhui Province, and clearly divided the two counties of Chun'an, sui'an and a part of she County into the jurisdiction of the special committee of lower Zhejiang Anhui Province. In June of the same year, the lower Zhejiang Anhui Special Committee was formally established, and the first special committee meeting was held in Shigushan. The meeting decided to take shigu mountain as the center and develop to plain areas in a planned way.
Since then, Shigushan village has become an activity center under the leadership of Zhejiang Anhui Special Committee. From April of this year to February of the next year, independent battalions and guerrillas under the leadership of the lower Zhejiang Anhui Special Committee fought more than 10 major battles with the Kuomintang troops in the Zhejiang Anhui border region. The special committee also developed and established the Chunsui Central County Committee and Shexian Central County Committee, and established two county committees, nine district committees and one special district committee in Chunsui area; the number of Party members has grown to more than 650, and party certificates have been issued to more than 300 party members; the number of guerrillas has grown from 30 to more than 500, and there are more than 1500 peasants' groups outside the Red Army.

Xu Guoliang was born in 1963 in Hongjia village. In 1996, with the support of the Township People's government, the village Party branch and the village committee, 13.5 mu of collective mulberry and 6 mu of chestnut orchards were contracted for reclamation and renewal, with a total income of 23000 yuan in 1997. In 1998, the area of mulberry garden was expanded to 23 mu, with 16000 new mulberry seedlings, 50 silkworms and 440 square meters of new silkworm room. At the same time, it raised 50 commercial pigs, Interplanted 8 mu of watermelon, 3 mu of melon and 1 mu of Leizhu in mulberry garden, and took the road of diversified management, becoming a typical example for farmers in Langchuan township to become rich. In November, it was rated as the excellent specialized household of agricultural industrialization in the county. ?

In 1991, 108 people from 28 families in Meichuan village of Fengshuling moved to Langchuan township to rebuild Meichuan village. In 1993, a highway realignment headquarters was set up with an investment of 2.2 million yuan to comprehensively realign and widen the Langchuan section of Zheng Hu highway. In 1994, it invested 350000 yuan to build a new outpatient building of township health center with a construction area of 1000 square meters. In 1996, 1.2 million yuan was invested in the overall relocation of the Township Central Primary School. In 1998, the one month experimental work of the party's basic line education in rural areas of the county was launched in Langchuan township; in October, the rural homestead cleaning work was carried out; by the end of December, 1149 households in the township were cleaned up, with a paid use fee of 55296.78 yuan, which won the third prize of the county's Rural Homestead special rectification work; in November, as a representative team from rural areas, the representative team of Langchuan Township Central Primary school participated in Hangzhou The dance "shanwa music" performed in the 98 primary school art festival of Changzhou City won the third prize in dance category.
