Heping Town belongs to qingjiangpu District, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province. It is adjacent to the beautiful and rich Hongze Lake, North Jiangsu irrigation canal and Huaihe River Waterway in the south, and the second section of Huaishu Xinhe River in the West. Heping Town, qingjiangpu District, Huai'an City is located in the north of the North Jiangsu irrigation canal. Ninglian expressway runs through the middle of the canal.
