Grassland Township
The grassland Township, belonging to the Fengning Manchu Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the northern part of Fengning Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to the East and outer Valley gate Township, adjacent to Wan Sheng Yong Township, southwest and the village of fish mountain. The west, north, northeast and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Dun county are located on the Heishan mouths, which have an area of 202.09 square kilometers. In May 1956, grassland township was built. In June 1984, the commune was abolished and grassland township was rebuilt. In July 1986, it was changed into grassland Manchu Township. In January 1989, it was restored to grassland township. As of June 2020, there are four administrative villages under the jurisdiction of grassland countryside.

In May 1956, grassland township was built.
In January 1959, the township was withdrawn and merged into Senjitu commune.
In August 1961, Senjitu commune established grassland commune.
In June 1984, the commune was abolished and grassland township was rebuilt.
