Pinganbao Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Changtu County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northernmost part of Changtu County, adjacent to Laosiping town in the East, Chaoyang town in the south, Bamian town in the west, Lishu County in Jilin Province across tiaozi River in the north, with an administrative area of 105 square kilometers.
In 1948, it belonged to the Sixth District of Changbei County; in December 2011, it was changed to Pinganpu town. By the end of 2018, the population of pingbao town had 19641 registered residence. As of June 2020, Pinganpu town has 1 community and 11 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of Pinganpu town was 6.33 million yuan, an increase of 84% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 9450 yuan. History of construction
In 1948, it was the Sixth District of Changbei county.
In 1954, the two counties merged into the 15th District of Changtu County.
In 1956, it belonged to sanhebao district office.
In 1957, it belonged to the old Siping district office.
In March 1958, Jianping an township (Daxiang).
In 1959, it belonged to the old Siping commune.
In 1961, Ping'an township was transformed into Ping'an commune.
In November 1983, Ping'an township was rebuilt.
In December 2011, Pinganpu town was changed.

The town people's government is stationed in Xiaoquan village.
