Baima Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Huachi County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the northwest of Huachi County, connecting Huaian Township and Yuancheng town in the East, Wujiao Township in the south, Bazhu Township and Fanchuan Township in Huan County in the west, and qiaochuan Township in the north, with a total administrative area of 167.92 square kilometers.
In the Western Han Dynasty, it belonged to WuJie County; in the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to the Fourth District of Qingyang County; in 1962, it belonged to Baima commune of Huachi County; in 1983, it changed to Baima township. By the end of 2018, the population of Baima Township registered residence was 5026. In June 2020, Baima rural area has jurisdiction over six administrative villages and another village level unit.
