Longwangmiao Township, belonging to Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to Liaoning Province in the East, Zushan town in the south, Fenghuangshan Township in the West and sanxingkou Township in the north. The administrative area is 121 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Dragon King Temple Township was 17452.
In 1949, it belonged to Longwangmiao district; in 1961, it was founded by Dongsheng commune; in 1984, it was restored to Longwangmiao township. As of June 2020, Longwangmiao township has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Longwangmiao village.
